Falconry in Florida utilizes various birds of prey to hunt and capture a variety of prey species. Birds like Red Tailed Hawks, Merlin Falcons, Peregrine Falcons, Harris’ Hawks, Kestrels, Cooper’s Hawks and others are used across the state.
